Or how HVAC systems can short cycle (AC turns on and off too frequently) and can sometimes be traced to a small air leak at a window close to the thermostat. Or how SOME foundation cracks mean big problems but OTHERS are completely normal.

I take over 200 pictures of your home and include them in a very comprehensive report. This is a GREAT way to preserve the initial images for down the road, for any situation you may have to prove the status of your home or any components therein.
