When you realize that a home is just a series of interconnecting parts you quickly realize how a damp basement wall may well be traced to exterior gutters not properly flashed. Or how HVAC systems can short cycle (AC turns on and off too frequently) and can sometimes be traced to a small air leak at a window close to the thermostat. Or how SOME foundation cracks mean big problems but OTHERS are completely normal.
I take over 200 pictures of your home and include them in a very comprehensive report. This is a GREAT way to preserve the initial images for down the road, for any situation you may have to prove the status of your home or any components therein.
