Ronnie did an excellent job with the full inspection of my investment property. The report was very thorough with great pictures and easy to read! Even I am not an expert in those things, I can easily follow their conclusions and recommendations. The team (Ronnie and Tracy) were both very responsive. We were very happy with their service. Ronnie and team showed up before scheduled time. They were very patient and answered all the questions my husband and had. They even provided recommendations how to fix minor issues with the home. Price for inspection was very reasonable compared to other companies who wanted $1000 plus dollars. Ronnie sent over all results from inspection in a timely matter. This company is great. Ronnie showed up early to inspect. Did a great job. Inspection report was very informative. Had issues with my first home inspection(denied access, no fault of Greensmith) gave me credit for it and performed one later on different property. Definitely recommend.

This company did a great job working with me to get my home inspection done on time. Due to construction on their website we had a small hiccup out of the gate. They communicated back and forth with me and they were so quick and willing to help me get things done in a timely manner. I really do appreciate how available they made themselves to me.
